What counts as a revision?
One revision round means one consolidated set of requested changes. A complete redesign or a newly requested major feature is a scope change, which may need extra time or a separate quotation.
When does the delivery clock start?
Only once we've received everything we need from you — content, images, logo, access credentials and any approvals. Waiting on these from you never consumes your delivery window.
What do you receive at handover?
Once your project is completed and fully paid, you receive the agreed deliverables for your order — your site or store files and admin access, and, where a new domain was part of your order, a domain registered directly in your own name. Exact handover specifics are confirmed as part of your project.
