Terms of Service
A summary of the key commercial terms that apply to every PolarixLink order. This is a working draft for Phase 1 and does not constitute final legal terms.
Scope of an order
Each order covers the package and add-ons selected and paid for at checkout. Requirements outside that scope are handled as a separate quotation, not assumed to be included.
Revision rounds
A revision round means one consolidated set of requested changes submitted together. A full redesign, a change to an already-approved concept, or a newly requested major feature is a scope change, not a revision, and may require an additional fee and delivery time.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows begin once all required content, materials, information and access credentials have been received from the client. Delays in providing these do not reduce the production time available to us. Projects may be completed earlier than the estimated window depending on scope, client response time and current production capacity.
Priority delivery
Where offered, Priority Delivery costs +20% of the configuration price. It is only ever offered when PolarixLink has explicitly enabled production capacity for the relevant package, controlled centrally — never simply because a customer would like it, and never guaranteed by the existence of the option in the configurator.
Domain registration
Where a new domain is part of an order, it is registered directly in the client's own name/account, giving the client ownership and control from day one. The published fee covers registration/setup/administration only; the actual third-party domain registration cost is separate and disclosed to the client.
Handover & ownership
Once a project is completed and fully paid, the client receives the agreed deliverables for that order. PolarixLink does not claim rights beyond what is explicitly agreed for a given order, and does not assert ownership over a client's domain unless a different arrangement has been explicitly agreed.
Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is completed through the checkout flow. No live payment provider is active in this phase of the platform.
