Additional notes
- Maintenance contracts run for a minimum of 3 months, with longer terms available (6, 12 or 24 months) and benefits for longer contracts.
- Minor edits means text, image and small corrections — not a new design or new functionality.
- Larger changes and new functionality are quoted and billed separately, outside the maintenance plan.
Maintenance vs. Technical Support
Maintenance plans cover the recurring, predictable work of keeping a site or store secure, online and lightly updated. Technical Support covers additional, one-off work outside that scope — it is not unlimited development time.
Maintenance, revisions and new work aren't the same thing
- Something covered by your maintenance plan: routine updates, monitoring, and small content changes within your included time.
- A revision within an active project: one consolidated round of requested changes to work already in progress, per your package.
- New functionality or a scope change: additional pages, features, integrations or work outside what was agreed — this needs a separate quotation, whether it comes up during a project or afterward as Technical Support.
Technical Support & additional work
For work beyond a maintenance plan's scope — new features, larger changes, or one-off requests. Priced per project, since scope varies too much for a fixed rate.
Request a quoteSupporting details such as support and reporting wording above are illustrative and may be refined; plan names and prices are final.
The same revision-round definition used for websites and web shops applies here: one consolidated round of requested changes. A full redesign or new functionality is a scope change, not a revision.
